Terms of service.
These terms explain how PeptideApprove presents, reviews, and supports merchant processing applications.
1. What PeptideApprove provides
PeptideApprove provides merchant services support, payment program coordination, application packaging, compliance review support, and payout feature coordination for eligible high-risk and peptide-related merchants. Banking, acquiring, card-network access, money movement, settlement, cryptocurrency payout, and card issuance services are provided by licensed sponsor-bank, acquiring, processing, payout, and issuing partners.
2. Eligibility
You must represent a lawful business and be authorized to submit information on its behalf. We may decline any merchant that does not meet KYC/KYB requirements, program rules, product compliance requirements, card-network rules, sponsor-bank requirements, or risk standards.
3. Application and onboarding
The initial application is a merchant review. If your business appears eligible, final onboarding may require legal entity name, EIN, principal representative name, principal representative date of birth, and a recent business bank statement showing the LLC name and operating address. You should not submit raw SSN, card data, bank login credentials, or other unnecessary sensitive information through public website forms.
4. Pricing
PeptideApprove advertises a 5% all-in card processing rate for approved merchants. Cryptocurrency payout options, where available, are subject to a 1% processing premium. Final pricing, reserves, fees, payout timing, and program conditions are subject to review, partner approval, card-network rules, and written merchant agreement.
5. Settlement and payout features
Standard settlement is described as T+1 where approved and supported by the applicable program. Push to Card, Real-Time Payments, cryptocurrency payouts, and physical or virtual card issuance may be available for eligible merchants or programs. Availability is not guaranteed and may vary by merchant profile, jurisdiction, risk review, and partner approval.
6. Compliance
You are responsible for operating lawfully, maintaining accurate business information, and ensuring your website, product descriptions, advertising, customer policies, and fulfillment practices comply with applicable laws, partner rules, and card-network requirements. PeptideApprove may request changes to merchant materials before or after approval.
7. No guarantee of approval
Submitting an application does not create a merchant account, payment account, card program, banking relationship, or contractual processing approval. Approval is subject to review by PeptideApprove and applicable sponsor-bank, acquiring, processing, payout, issuing, and compliance partners.
8. No professional advice
PeptideApprove does not provide legal, medical, tax, regulatory, or accounting advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your business.
